2020 Current Projects

We are currently towards the end of a six-month project with Imperial Brands in their Global Head Office in Bristol to implement flexible working across their Bristol campus, to around 700 staff. Due to this project taking place at the time of the COVID-19 crisis, we have been able to be more ambitious and achieve more in terms of flexible working solutions than we initially thought was possible. We are excited to share more detail after it has been launched in June 2020.

2019 Case Study: Proctor + Stevenson

Proctor + Stevenson is a large Bristol-based marketing agency with 70 staff. Working with Proctors, we reviewed their current working patterns, costs and employee satisfaction levels to develop and deliver a new model for working. The aim of the project was to improve retention and attraction, whilst also reducing recruitment and other costs for the business. 

HR Manager, Caroline Beardkins at Proctor + Stevenson said  “We are keen to place Proctors at the forefront of our industry in order to secure talent to grow our team.
