Download the Software

Follow the instructions below that correspond to your web browser.

Click OK in Firefox.
Click Save in Internet Explorer.
Click OK Click Save

If asked, choose Desktop and save. If you are not asked where you would like to save the application, then Firefox has saved it to your default download directory (which is usually the Desktop).
Click Desktop, then Save Click Desktop, then Save

Wait for the download to finish.
Click Tools → Downloads.
Wait for the download to finish.
Click Run. (In IE5 the same button is labeled Open).
Click Tools, then Downloads Click Run

Double click FogCreekCopilot.exe.

Click OK on the file warning.
Click Run on the Security Warning.
Click the OK button Click the Run button


Once you run the program you'll be prompted to let Flexology control your computer. Click Yes.
You will be asked to confirm that the person who has sent you Fog Creek Copilot may help you.


At this point you will see the window below until your Flexology connects.
You will have to wait until the helper connects


Once Flexology connects, you'll see this dialog box:
You may disconnect at any time

If the connection goes down for any reason, it will automatically attempt to reconnect. Once you are finished being helped, simply click Disconnect. You will then be asked if you want to disconnect and if you want the program to delete itself. If you want the program to remove itself from your computer once you exit, click the checkbox then click Disconnect.
Click disconnect if you wish to exit
