The benefits of flexible working are compelling and there are now evidenced links to improved business and financial performance. Despite this, the availability of flexible roles is limited and a large and growing talent pool is being overlooked.  We aim to change this by working collaboratively with our clients, combining insight and research with targeted recruitment.


What do we mean by flexible roles?

  • Flexible number of hours: e.g. part-time, part-year, job share. Fixed hours and schedule;

  • Flexible schedules: e.g. changes in start and finish times, compressed work week, choices about shifts. Variable hours and schedule; and

  • Flexible location: e.g. work from home or remote site, select or periodically /seasonally change work location
